Tom is a filmmaker, writer, and photographer with a passion for storytelling and the natural world.

His narrative short films have been featured at international festivals and have qualified for the Academy Awards. He’s currently studying English Literature at the University of Oxford and aims to inspire curiosity and deepen appreciation for the natural world through written and visual storytelling.

A Purgatory Story

A demon stuck with spirit board duty falls for a girl on the other side in this award-winning short film that qualified for the 92nd Oscars. It won Audience Awards for “Best Short Film” at the 43rd Cleveland International Film Festival and German’y 33rd Fantasy Filmfest, as well as “Best Screenplay” at FilmQuest, and was an official selection at the 37th Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival (Méliès d’Or Qualifying).


Last Dream Before Sunrise

A grieving woman seeks solace in an isolated cabin with a mysterious power in this award-winning short film. Shot entirely with natural light, it offers a meditative exploration of loss and grief through a fantastical lens and earned “Best of Cinematography” honors at the 16th HollyShorts Film Festival in Los Angeles.


Charming

Prince Charming recounts his disastrous search for true love in a re-imagining of classic fairytales with a contemporary twist. Winner of “Best Comedy Short” at the International Family Film Festival and nominated for “Best Short Film” at the Maryland International Film Festival.
